University Heights Shopping Centre is in the Municipality of Saanich. We are just one kilometre west of the University of Victoria and in the heart of the Gordon Head residential community.

We are on the northwest corner of Shelbourne Street and McKenzie Avenue, both of which are major vehicle routes with excellent bus service (click here for bus routes). BC Transit's telephone number for schedules is 250 382-6161.

All entrances to the Mall are wheelchair friendly with an elevator servicing all levels. The lower level has a separate handicap washroom as well as an infant change area. The upper level washrooms are equipped with handicap stalls for your convenience.

The mall administration office is located on the west side of the building, just to the south of the rear exit. The office hours are from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:00 to 4:00 on Friday.
